Spring is around the corner
We have had some nice sunny days with blue skies recently though the nights have been cold with sharp frosts never the less spring is just around the corner!
When the sun is out it feels warmer and on south facing banks you can already see the plants responding, I saw my first celandine flower at the weekend and the leaves of the bluebells are already showing well.
Looking back at notes from last year we will soon have a wide range of flowers out and wildlife in general will be much more obvious. It’s great to be out whatever time of year but as we emerge from another winter the anticipation of spring and life so obviously burgeoning forth really excites and inspires me!
I am really looking forward to the tours coming up in April and hope to share our amazing landscapes with some of you.
